We offer an efficient service for selling items online. Carriage is charged at a standard rate for each destination. Customer satisfaction is our priority, so feel free to reach out and let us assist you in any way we can.

Import Duty and Local Taxes

USA orders

• When you order from this website, US import duty is included in the shipping price, so you should not be charged duty on delivery. Local state taxes are not included and may still be charged when your order arrives.
• When you order from our Etsy shop, Etsy will show any local US taxes at checkout. Import duty is included in the item's listed price.
  

Orders from other countries

• Orders sent outside the UK may be charged import duty or local taxes when they reach your country.
• These charges are not included at checkout on this website and must be paid by the buyer on delivery.

Germany - Verpackungsgesetz (LUCID Packaging Register)

Germany's Packaging Act “VerpackG" imposes requirements on online retailers selling to buyers in Germany. The Packaging Act promotes recycling and reuse of packaging materials (e.g. cardboard boxes, tape etc).

 We are registered at the Packaging Register of the Stiftung Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister (Foundation Central Agency Packaging Register – ZSVR) with registration number DE3081446299438 . Our Dual System Licensing partner for the collection, sorting & recycling of the packaging is ACTIVATE by RECLAY.
